A review about girls with guns

This will be a review of the currently available chapters, 1-15. Scores and opinions can be subject to change in the future.

Style-  For the most part, it’s written very well. The story is very cohesive and there’s never really a moment that feels too out of place. The third person point of view really help tell the story and what’s happening around the action and characters. The flow of the story is nice and I have no problem keeping up with it. The pacing is very well maintained and I never feel it being rush or too slow.

Story- So far so good. A hidden gem in my opinion amongst the fantasy and VR fiction that we often see. It’s an interesting twist on what we usually see here at the website. It’s a story set in the modern world but still bring something new to the table. Some of the scene are very well written and allow the reader to immerse themselves in the story. The story is very well written and moves at a great pace. From the action to simple slice of life stuff, each moments are enjoyable in their own rights.

Grammar- Perfect. Absolutely perfect, nothing more I can say here.

Character- Another big highlight of the story. The story follows an eleven year old assassin or ‘gun girl’ as they are called. Already that probably should have caught your attention. All the character are unique in their own ways that make them memorable. From their personality to especially their dialogue when they interact with one another. The way they interact… For a lack of a better word, they feel like people, rather than the cookie cut out of archetypes. Namely the main female and male character. However some characters are given more details than others.. The side character were a bit bland but still interesting enough to care.

As I said before, this is a hidden gem that people will enjoy if they give it the chance. Each chapter is fairly short so you can marathon it in fifteen minutes at most.  Each chapter also contain splendid art work that is a treat for the eye. They often depict different images on the main female character wielding a gun. You’ll either find this pretty neat, funny, or stupid. Either way it’s a nice addition to every chapter. The only thing I can really complain about is the short chapter. Although the author has been pumping out one chapter a day, so that kind of makes up for it.
